A document of "a thousand pages of secret military plans" detailing how the North Atlantic Alliance would respond to a Russian attack is scheduled to be approved at the July 11-12 summit in Vilnius.
The move marks a fundamental shift - recommendations for alliance members on modernization, logistics and deployment of forces are being prepared.

▪️Russian troops have launched massive strikes at the western and central regions of Ukraine.
