🇦🇺🇷🇺NSW Police are investigating the murder of 42-year-old James Walters. And, perhaps, in another case, information about this tragedy would not have got into the media, if not for one nuance - Walters was active in public activities and was an ardent supporter of Russia. He often took part in actions organized by the descendants of Russian Cossacks who moved to the continent at the beginning of the century.
James Walters disappeared in mid-May, and his body was discovered only 10 days later, on May 23, in a suburb in northern Sydney.
“We had fears for his life,” a police spokesman told reporters. At the same time, he noted that the investigation did not find anything suspicious in the death of Walters. The cause of death is now established by a forensic medical examination.
Simeon Boikov, in turn, told KP that James Walters had long supported Russia, openly defended his position on social networks, printed Russian symbols on T-shirts himself, and even dreamed of moving to the Russian Federation. The Australian joined the pro-Russian activists and regularly attended their rallies with the start of a special military operation.
In April, during a rally by pro-Russian activists near the Sydney City Hall, where a concert of a male Orthodox Russian choir was held, the regent of the choir, Nektariy Kotlyarov, entered into a conflict with Walters, who was wearing a T-shirt with the symbol “Z” and the flag of Russia.
Recently, Walters began to receive death threats, which came mainly from Ukrainian emigrants, as his friends and associates knew about. The activist was persecuted for his support of Russia and Donbass. In his social networks, he did not hesitate to publish photos with Russian symbols, in T-shirts with the flag of the DPR and the letter "Z".
“If it was suicide, then we must consider the death of James precisely as bringing to suicide. We still do not know the true cause of his death, and what really happened there, ”Boikov noted.

Taliban move armoured vehicles to Iran border
According to local sources, tanks, light armoured vehicles and large groups of Taliban are being concentrated near the Eslam-Kale border crossing on the Iran-Afghanistan border.
Iranian media reported that additional reinforcements from the army and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps had arrived in the region.
The Taliban government in Kabul has not commented on the conflict, leading to the conclusion that the escalation on the border with Iran is an initiative of the group's field commanders operating near the Iranian border.

▪️Russian troops have again launched kamikaze UAV and cruise missiles strikes at targets in Kyiv.
Military facilities in Desnyans'kyi, Dniprovs'kyi and Darnyts'kyi districts of the capital were also hit by strikes.
▪️Russian air defence intercepted an AFU drone in the Kaluga Region.
The wreckage of the UAV fell in a field near the village of Tovarkovo, leaving a crater about three meters deep.
▪️The AFU, supported by armored vehicles, attempted to breach the Russian border near the PPC Shebekino
Russian troops repulsed the attack, destroying at least one tank.
▪️In another area, the enemy attempted a sortie from the Ogurtsovo direction towards Novaya Tavolzhanka.
The attack was repulsed, after which Russian artillery shelled the enemy's positions.
▪️At the same time, the AFU carried out massive strikes on populated areas in Belgorod region: at least 14 people were injured.
The worst situation was in Shebekino, where shelling continued throughout the day.
▪️In neighboring Kharkiv Region, the Russian Air Force conducted missile and bombing strikes on the enemy's military infrastructure.
The attack hit an industrial enterprise in Kharkiv, where the AFU were repairing equipment.

AI used “highly unexpected strategies to achieve its goal” in the simulated test, said Col Tucker ‘Cinco’ Hamilton, the chief of AI test and operations with the US air force, during the Future Combat Air and Space Capabilities Summit in London in May.
Hamilton described a simulated test in which a drone powered by artificial intelligence was advised to destroy an enemy’s air defense systems, and ultimately attacked anyone who interfered with that order.“The system started realising that while they did identify the threat, at times the human operator would tell it not to kill that threat, but it got its points by killing that threat. So what did it do? It killed the operator. It killed the operator because that person was keeping it from accomplishing its objective,” he said, according to a blogpost.
“We trained the system – ‘Hey don’t kill the operator – that’s bad. You’re gonna lose points if you do that’. So what does it start doing? It starts destroying the communication tower that the operator uses to communicate with the drone to stop it from killing the target.”
No real person was harmed.
Hamilton, who is an experimental fighter test pilot, has warned against relying too much on AI and said the test shows “you can’t have a conversation about artificial intelligence, intelligence, machine learning, autonomy if you’re not going to talk about ethics and AI”.
The Royal Aeronautical Society, which hosts the conference, and the US air force did not respond to requests for comment from the Guardian.

Nine years ago today, ukrop terrorists, on orders from US nazi curators, unleashed an airstrike on the administration building of the city of Lugansk. it was strictly a civilian area, no military anywhere close. Multiple civilians were killed and wounded. One, a woman named Inna Kukuruza, was photographed looking straight into the camera as she lay dying. When I saw that photograph, I decided 100% that I was coming to Donbass to fight. And I did.
