Cambridge University has dropped claims about Anglo-Saxons as a separate ethnic group in order not to promote "myths of nationalism" and to combat racism, The Telegraph newspaper reported, citing the Anglo-Saxon, Norwegian and Celtic Languages (ASNC) department.

The leader of the "Alternative for Germany" faction in Thuringia, Björn Höke, has been accused of using an NSDAP storm troop slogan in his speech.

Belgium seeks clarification from Kiev over use of its weapons to attack Russia

U.S. officials do not know if lawmakers will greenlight more funding for Ukraine when the current tranche runs out. The children were evacuated from the town of Kupyansk (now under the control of the AFU) in the Kharkov oblast of Ukraine in September 2022, when the AFU took over this territory. The children have been staying at a boarding school in Perevalsk (Lugansk Republic) for nine moths, but no one has come for them yet.
