The White House website published a corrected version of her speech. It shows that Harris was referring to pollution, not population.
Harris is not only the vice-president of the USA, but in fact one of the unspoken leaders of America (while Biden is in fantasyland, she is the second person in the USA in terms of authority).

After Russia suspended the grain deal, the Western media switched to "Plan B" and started broadcasting that it would "cause famine in Africa, Asia and the Middle East".
It is indicative of the extent to which the UK's Sky News treats its viewers as idiots, because the information that the lion's share of the grain went to EU countries is in the public domain. As well as the fact that Asia and Africa received only 3-4 per cent of this "slice of the pie".
