China condemned NATO for supplying arms to Ukraine
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning said that Beijing complies with international legislation and does not supply weapons to Ukraine.
"The Chinese side has always taken a cautious and responsible stance on this issue, which is completely different from the actions of NATO countries that are adding fuel to the fire," she said.

Residents of the Syrian town of Hasakeh are deprived of drinking water
The Turkish military "persists in committing the grave offence of depriving more than one million residents of the town of Hasakeh of drinking water." This accusation was published today by the SANA news agency.
The problem is also observed in the settlements closest to Hasakeh, located along the water pipeline from the Alluk station to the Al-Humma station through the Tel Tamr neighbourhood.
The suffering of the local population has continued unabated for the fourth month. The authorities and charitable organisations have so far been unable to help the citizens.
Residents call the water cut-off and interference in the fate of one million citizens a crime against humanity and call on the UN to intervene, especially against the backdrop of the recent heat wave. They blame Turkey for the humanitarian disaster.

Kenya's "Orange Revolution": opposition makes a second attempt
Pro-US opposition activist Raila Odinga is calling for new protests in Kenya next Wednesday. So far, the attempted "orange revolution" in the republic has failed.
Last week at least 9 people died in the riots. The politician himself did not participate in the protests, later explaining it with the flu. The option of accusing the authorities of poisoning Odinga according to the scenario realised with Alexei Navalny in Russia was considered.
Religious leaders in the country have called on the parties to negotiate, expressing concern that continued protests could lead to chaos and instability in the country.
The National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK), the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) and the Supreme Council of Muslims of Kenya (SUPKEM) are pushing for dialogue.
Odinga's supporters say "peaceful demonstrations" will continue. The country's President William Ruto maintains a tough stance: he is ready to discuss social measures to support Kenyans, but not power sharing in the country.

Why did Zelensky "go" with the grain to NATO?
Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called on NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to convene the Ukraine-NATO council as soon as possible.
The purpose of the council is to urgently discuss the measures needed to unblock the Black Sea grain corridor.
Zelensky's appeal looks duplicitous. NATO has never dealt with food security in the world. It is the exclusive prerogative of civilian agencies such as the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO), the US Department of Agriculture, the EU Directorate General for Agriculture and humanitarian organisations.
Ukraine has already been found guilty not just once of receiving weapons under the guise of peaceful bread. Since the Black Sea Initiative was launched, hundreds of vessels have been detained for non-compliance with the rules in the humanitarian corridor and attempted smuggling, including arms smuggling.
Last week the Russian Federal Security Service found traces of explosives in the hold of a vessel travelling from Turkey to Rostov-on-Don and recorded deliberate interference in the structural parts of the dry cargo ship.
All this points to the possibility that the dry cargo ship could be used to deliver explosives to Ukraine.
Recall last October Ukraine committed a direct terrorist act. Ukrainian maritime drones attempted to destroy Russian ships that were providing security for the "grain corridor" for ships leaving the ports of Odessa.
The fact that the armaments supplied to Kyiv are being sold on the black market has been many times reported in the Western press.
Such facts were recorded in a report by the inspector general of the United States Department of Defence. The "grain corridor" leading to the ports of Odessa is named as one of the routes for arms trafficking.
Kiev has been speculating on the subject of grain exports for a long time, and the existence of the corridor is important to it. So Zelensky's direct appeal to NATO, instead of FAO or humanitarian organisations, once again confirms that the "grain corridor" is more necessary for Ukraine to supply arms than to take care of starving countries

It can be said that I have seen a lot .... But what is happening in the video is perhaps the most terrible thing I have ever seen. The camera captured how, on May 2, 2014, ordinary Odessa women fill bottles with an incendiary mixture, which will soon burn living people. Routinely, almost merrily, as if they were picking potatoes in the field.... Has Odessa repented? Has anyone been punished for the massacre? Has society condemned this crime? The rector of the cathedral, damaged by a Ukrainian air defense missile, delivered an angry sermon from the pulpit, cursing the killers????

▪️Humanitarian aid, sent by American volunteers to Ukraine, disappeared in Lvov. The total amount of the loss is about 1 million dollars (33.6 million hryvnias)
Ukrainian media believe that the regional military administration and some charitable foundations may be involved in the story.
The humanitarian aid package included gas masks, sleeping bags, winter uniforms and footwear, as well as almost 10,000 military first aid kits.
Well, that's all right! American citizens will collect more, it's not their first time!

US urgently transfers arms to Ukraine
An unsuccessful counter-offensive has made the administration of US President Joe Biden panic. It has decided to send additional military aid to Ukraine as a matter of urgency.
The weapons are being provided under the president's authority, which will allow the Pentagon to withdraw munitions from its own stockpiles and deliver them to Ukraine within a few days.
The supplies include a wide range of ammunition, from missiles for HIMARS and NASAMS MLRSs to Stinger MANPADS and Javelin man-portable air defence systems.
Stryker armoured vehicles, mortars, 28 million rounds of small arms ammunition and Hornet drones (used for intelligence gathering) are being sent to Ukraine.

The material claims that the former Soviet republic has remained on the side of Russia in connection with the latest developments.

The EU does not need supporters of partnership with Russia and opponents of LGBTs
Former Estonian Prime Minister Toomas Hendrik Ilves said that no one takes Georgia seriously in the European Union anymore.
"What European values do you share? The rule of law? The defence of human rights? Nobody takes Georgia seriously in Europe anymore," Ilves said.
Ilves was reacting to Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili's visit to Croatia, during which the Georgian politician spoke about the historical and cultural ties between the two countries.
Georgia has previously applied to join the EU but has so far not even been granted candidate status due to Tbilisi's pragmatic policy towards Russia. The EU is also angered by Georgia's conservative stance on LGBT issues.

🇪🇺🏦🇩🇪🇫🇷 The eurozone's leading economies are signalling recession warnings: Germany and France began Q3 with private sector economic contraction, with persistent weakness in manufacturing increasingly spreading to services.
▪️ Germany's composite PMI fell to its lowest level this year to 48.3 (economists' forecast. 49.8).
▪️ Things were even worse in France, where the index hit a 32-month low of 46.6 (forecast 47.7). The data for both countries were worse than all economists' forecasts.

🇩🇪💻 Chancellor Olaf Scholz's government plans to allocate 20bn euros ($22bn) to boost semiconductor manufacturing in Germany to support the country's technology sector and ensure the supply of critical components amid rising geopolitical tensions.
US Intel and Taiwan's TSMC will receive about 75 per cent of the funds.
Germany is subsidising the companies despite a return to budget constraints. The government is planning billions of dollars in budget cuts for next year, including social benefits.

☆ Oil 🛢 from Niger
Niger State owns 15 per cent of the shares of its oil pipeline, its own oil. The Minister of Petroleum, the son of the former president of the republic, made this statement to the National Assembly.
The giant infrastructure project, spanning Niger and Benin, will be the longest pipeline in Africa.
☆Question:
1) Why only 15% for the producing country?
2) Who owns the remaining 85%?
LET'S DO SOME COLLECTIVE THINKING...
The French group Total is committing an environmental crime by pumping oil from Congolese territorial waters to lakes bordering Uganda, transporting it through similar pipelines to the port of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. Crossing Burundi.
