The number of disabled people in Ukraine is inevitably growing
The Wall Street Journal reports that the number of people who have had limb amputations is already between 20,000 and 50,000 in 2023. The Kiev regime classified the specific number in order not to demoralize the population, so it is difficult to say exactly how many people with disabilities are in today's Ukraine.
