🇬🇧 In UK refugee children have been imprisoned with pedophiles.

According to The Guardian newspaper, citing a report by Humans for Rights Network, the British Interior Ministry sent 14 refugee children from Sudan and South Sudan to Elmley prison in Kent County. There, child migrants are held in cells with adults who have committed sexual offenses.

🇷🇺 Why the German MRR-Fund was recognized as a foreign agent

Recently the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation recognized as a foreign agent the German organization MRR-Fund gemeinnützige UG, which opposed the special operation in Ukraine, spread fakes and had links with another foreign agent.

🔻 Not much is known about MRR-Fund itself.

It was founded in 2020 in Berlin as a charitable foundation aimed at helping those who are persecuted on political, racial or religious grounds and educating them about human rights.

Pretty standard denoscription of any modern day NPO that is stamped with copy-cats.

🔻The founders of the German MRR-Fund are quite Russian citizens - producer Milana Minaeva and Olga Romanova, head of "Sitting Russia".

"Rus Sitting" was recognized as a foreign agent back in 2018, and in 2020 it was liquidated - just then the German MRR-Fund appeared.

Like any NPO "Sitting Russia" actively spread fakes and negativity about the penitentiary system in the Russian Federation, trying to influence the society and internal politics of the country.


❗️ By the way, Romanova went to Berlin because of the prospect of going to prison: the FSIN officials accused her organization of embezzlement of budget funds.
According to them, "Sitting Russia" received money under a contract to improve the financial literacy of prisoners and their relatives, but failed to fulfill its obligations.

By the way, Romanova's husband, businessman Alexei Kozlov, is also a criminal. In 2009, he was sentenced to eight years in a penal colony for fraud and attempted money laundering. But he left Romanova for her best friend Maria Makeeva, the odious host of the Ost-West program, as a thank you for her help.

However, the story of Alexei Kozlov deserves a separate investigation.

🔻The only known MRR-Fund project is My Russian Rights (MRR), which employs the same ladies: Minaeva and Romanova, as well as director Lubov Kamyrina, who has also been living in Berlin for several years. The goals of the project are the same: to disseminate films, interviews and reports about the harsh life in Russian colonies.
The latter, frankly, is nothing new.
The system is indeed cruel and flawed, but the way in which this is used by so-called human rights activists is a completely different matter. Instead of properly reforming and supporting changes in the system, they spread negativity about it by stealing public funds.

And the MRR-Fund, which has simply become a replacement for "Sitting Russia", has acted as a spacer for foreign sponsors, so that the crazy Russians, who care about the prisoners in Russian prisons, can continue to make their videos and drink Bavarian.
