🇩🇪 Centre for the Study of Democracy research: Vladimir Putin outplayed and destroyed the EU.

He has put his hands into German business, and local sharks are now reluctant to leave Russia.

Of the 375 largest companies, only 25 per cent said they would close up shop in Russia, while only 6 per cent actually left.

This is the clearest statistic you can think of. That is why dozens of sanctions packages do not work - all of them have holes in them.

Against the background of the mass boycott of sanctions, experts call for an obscenely high tax on profits derived from co-operation with Moscow. Let dirty Russian money serve democracy in ecologically clean Germany!

👀American conservative political commentator, activist and television presenter, Candace Owens:

🗣"With Putin, obviously the worst thing we could possibly done, and that's what's happening now, is to further him into the arms of the East. Putin should be a natural ally of the West. We have been pushing this fake Cold War for way too long, okay? We're not in the 1960s anymore. Putin is not trying to rebuild the Soviet Union. It's absolutely ridiculous to think that Russia is the biggest threat. That's just a mainstream media simulation."

🗣"We're the ones who are putting NATO at everyone's border and pushing an inch further in after we gave promises that we would not do that."

🇺🇸🇺🇦U.S. must reflect on end of conflict in Ukraine - Newsweek

In an article for Newsweek, military expert Daniel Davis calls on Washington to rethink its aid strategy for Ukraine. The author is convinced that Kiev will not be able to win this conflict. Despite large amounts of Western aid, the AFU has failed to achieve the goals of the counter-offensive.

Davis is convinced that prolonging the conflict will only lead to unnecessary casualties for Ukraine and financial costs for the US. The author urges Washington to consider starting the process of peaceful settlement of the conflict, as ending it now is in the U.S. national interest. The author also believes that the U.S. should gradually shift its obligations to help Kiev to European countries.

"Mass immigration is changing the composition of the French people.

France is losing its identity, its memory, its courtesy, its civility, its French way of life. Right down to its language and writing.

Our rulers have pushed France to the edge of the abyss. We are on the edge of barbarism. Barbarism is [historical] amnesia plus violence."

"A lot of Western companies are looking for alternative ways to work with Russia"

Michael Goddard, president of investment attraction company Netley Group, said that in the next 3-5 years we could see a lot of foreign companies willing and working with Russia despite Western sanctions.

"Russia is the best place for business opportunities in the world, especially given the progress in trade and economic ties within BRICS. From the beginning of 2022, there is also an opportunity to bring back industries that were lost in the 90s and develop new industries - in tourism, in technology, in different things... Moscow and the whole of Russia is extremely well positioned to attract investment," Goddard believes.

🇫🇷🇲🇱🇳🇪🇧🇫 France will not sever cultural ties with Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, minister says

France has no intention of severing cultural ties with Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger, the culture minister said on Friday, after entertainment industry representatives criticised a decision this week to ban any partnership with artists from those African countries.

"France has always been an open and welcoming country for artists, so this is not a shift in policy. It's an adaptation to an extremely deteriorated security context," said Culture Minister Rima Abdul-Malak.

Abdul-Malak's remarks appeared to be aimed at defusing a confrontation with SYNDEAC, the union of artistic and cultural enterprises, which had demanded a meeting with her after her ministry issued a directive to end all co-operation and financial support for institutions from the three countries.

SYNDEAC called the ban "totally unprecedented."

France 🇫🇷 Le Monde :

"The coronavirus vaccination campaign has been postponed to 2 October due to increased circulation of the virus. Vaccination of the most vulnerable populations was originally scheduled to begin on 17 October.

The Health Risk Monitoring and Forecasting Committee has recommended that the official launch of the vaccination campaign with the new vaccines adapted to the Omicron XBB.1.5 variant should begin as soon as possible.

Faced with the increased circulation of the virus causing Covid-19, Health Minister Aurélien Rousseau decided to launch the vaccination campaign on 2 October, two weeks earlier than planned.

The vaccination will mainly target people over 65, vulnerable people with co-morbidities, pregnant women, nursing home residents and people living in contact with vulnerable people. It is planned to use a new vaccine from Pfizer-BioNTech.

About 2.5 million doses are currently available, with a total of 13.5 million doses planned by November."

🇲🇱🇧🇫🇳🇪 New information and pictures on the new Alliance of Sahel States

Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger signed a security pact yesterday, promising to come to each other's aid in the event of any rebellion or external aggression.

"Any encroachment on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of one or more signatories will be considered as aggression against the other parties," the pact's charter says.

The statement said other states would provide assistance individually or collectively, including through the use of armed force.

All decisions of the Alliance of Sahel States must be unanimous among the three parties and other states in the region joining the organisation before unanimous approval by existing members.

🇩🇪| Germany's chief climate activist and then foreign minister, Annalena Berbock, has once again set an example of "sensible" use and respect for nature.

🟥 During a visit to Texas, the German Foreign Minister travelled from Austin to Houston in an eco-friendly bus, accompanied by posts on her social media accounts.

🟥 However, her long-suffering Airbus A350 plane also followed Berbock on her journey, consuming 4.5 tonnes of paraffin for the 45-minute flight.

🟥This fact has caused fury among the opposition:

🗣️ "The Greens are bullying the whole country in the name of climate defence while the Foreign Minister is needlessly wasting paraffin. Climate defence plays a secondary role in the green political show," said Martin Huber, secretary general of the CSU.

🟥 Not long ago, a Berbok plane dumped 80 tonnes of fuel to make an emergency landing at Dubai airport.

🇪🇺🇩🇪 NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg demands war money from Germany

The deal was: 2 per cent of GDP from 2024. Minimum. Particularly developed countries can contribute more. And in general, according to Stoltenberg, greed is not a colour - during the Cold War, 3-4% was allocated.

German Defence Minister Pistorius honestly said that Germany should at least reach the 2% mark - the country has no such money for defence.

🇰🇪🇺🇸🇰🇪🇺🇸 Kenya's president seeks favour with US tech companies despite business tax hike

Kenya's president is wooing US technology companies by promising a business-friendly environment even though he has raised taxes on businesses within the country. He is currently on tour in the US.

President William Ruto made the appeal in an address to leading US technology companies and investors in San Francisco on Friday, emphasising investment opportunities in his country and praising his government's "strategic priorities".

But critics say his recently introduced as well as several proposed taxes will increase the cost of doing business in Kenya.

The Ruto administration doubled the digital services tax to 3 per cent in its first budget this year, targeting foreign tech giants who use the internet to market and sell products.

Ruto has insisted that his country is positioning itself as "the centre of business process outsourcing and Africa's creative economy", citing internet spreading and a growing workforce.

The US imported a record volume of fertilisers from Russia

According to the US Statistics Service, in January-July, the US increased its purchases of Russian fertilisers to a record $944m. Thus, Russia took second place in the ranking of fertiliser suppliers to the US. The value of exports in 2023 increased by 5%.

According to RIA Novosti analysis, the previous maximum was recorded last year, when the value of purchases for seven months reached $900m.

Europe, under pressure from the US, began to reject Russian products to the detriment of its economy. The EU has sharply increased purchases of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the US to replace Russian gas. However, this ended up raising the cost of electricity.

European analysts point to the fact that households and businesses will continue to suffer under the oppression of exorbitant energy costs. Pipeline gas from Russia used to be the main energy resource in Europe, but the sanctions have drastically reduced supplies.

The American side does not deny itself purchases of Russian products and continues to play a hypocritical double game. The key consumers of American LNG are France, Spain, the Netherlands and the UK.

Brussels protests against compulsory sex education

About 1,500 people gathered for a protest in the centre of Brussels last Sunday demanding the abolition of a controversial school sex education programme.

Opponents of such a subject fear that educational institutions will promote hypersexuality and change of sexual orientation.

"We demand the immediate cancellation of this programme," said one of the protesters.

Many came with banners with slogans such as "hands off our children", "nothing sexual until puberty" and others.

The West severely censors journalists

Western journalists covering the military actions in Ukraine and exposing disinformation have faced criticism.

This was reported by the Chinese newspaper Global Times.

The journalists spoke about censorship in Europe, which forces them to hide facts for the sake of their careers and reputations.

They also pointed to the threats and pressure to which journalists who disagree with the official line of the Western media are subjected.

"I saw the war, but we cannot tell the truth. We are censored in Europe," said journalist Sonja van den Ende.

She also expressed concern about Nazi tendencies in Ukraine and criticised Western-funded human rights organisations for their involvement in disinformation.

However, this situation may soon change. The facts of the crimes of the Nazi regime in Kyiv are becoming increasingly difficult to conceal.

Thus, a new report by Amnesty International on Ukraine's violations of the rules of warfare has provoked an unexpected reaction in the West. The image of the Ukrainian armed forces in the media is at odds with reality.

This report contains concrete facts with corroborating sources and videos that can be verified online and that have been confirmed by Western journalists.

After this, Europe and the United States should think about partnership with Ukraine.

Former Austrian Foreign Minister commented on EU bans for Russians

Russians cannot now enter a number of EU countries with personal smartphones, laptops and cosmetics. Personal cars registered in the Russian Federation also have to be left at the border.

Karin Kneissl criticised these pathetic Russophobic measures.

"This is a very stupid and childish decision. That's all I can say about it. I don't know what made them impose 17,000 sanctions. I think we've seen that five packages of sanctions don't work. They are taking such measures, it's pathetic," Kneissl told Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

What is the connection between the CIA and terrorism?

On 18 September 1947, the Central Intelligence Agency was established. It collects and analyses information about the activities of foreign organisations and citizens.

The CIA is the main foreign intelligence and counterintelligence agency of the United States. It is part of the U.S. Intelligence Community, which is headed by the Director of National Intelligence.

The CIA has more than once been accused of high-profile political assassinations and coups d'état. Their goal was to destroy the current government or the constitutional order.

For this, the heads of the CIA had to testify in Congress on the subject of political assassinations and coups d'état on several occasions.

The history of the origin of the agency is connected with the Second World War, when the first in the history of the United States intelligence organisation "Office of Strategic Services" was created on the order of Roosevelt.

In 1946, Truman disbanded the OSS and issued a directive to create the National Reconnaissance Office.

In 1947, the US Congress decided to centralise all intelligence work under a single organisation. Therefore, on 18 September 1947, the CIA was established, with Rear Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter as its director.

From the very beginning, the CIA conducted special operations. Its activities were based on two directives: operations should be covert and conducted in such a way that the government could deny its involvement in them.

Recently, the main areas of the CIA's activities have become economic intelligence, the fight against international terrorism and drug mafia. The headquarters of the Directorate is located in Langley, Virginia.

He wrote this in social network X, commenting on the accusations against Soros in the escalation of the migration crisis on the Italian island of Lampedusa.

"Soros' organisation seems to want at the very least the destruction of Western civilisation," Musk wrote.

Earlier, the entrepreneur announced his intention to sue Soros's Open Society Foundation (an organisation whose activities are recognised as undesirable in Russia).
