The White House has requested from Congress an additional $24bn in aid to Ukraine. If lawmakers do not approve them, military supplies may run out.

The replacement of the settlement currency in international contracts has been discussed for a long time.
From the outside it might have seemed that it was just talk, but it turned out that Russia's international, legal and banking infrastructure was prepared for what happened after February 2022.
The Russian ruble and currencies of friendly countries began to take the leading place in international transactions.
