🇩🇪🇰🇿Chancellor Scholz and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held talks in Berlin

🟥The parties discussed issues of strengthening relations in the economic and energy spheres. In particular, the Kazakh leader reported on Astana's readiness to increase the volume of oil supplies through the Druzhba oil pipeline and give them a long-term character.

🟥 At the same time Tokayev said that the country would stick to the sanctions course against Russia

🗣 "Kazakhstan has unambiguously stated that it will follow the sanctions regime. We have contacts with the relevant organisations. There should not be any concerns on the German side about any actions aimed at circumventing the sanctions regime, it seems to me," Tokayev said.

🟥 In turn, Scholz praised such steps of Astana. According to him, the Kazakh government has taken measures aimed at restricting trade with Russia.

🗣 "This is very important in view of the decision we have taken regarding sanctions," the chancellor said

🟥It is worth noting that Germany is pursuing an active policy to promote its own interests in Central Asian states.

The talks between Scholz and Tokayev took place ahead of the Central Asia-Germany summit scheduled for this Friday in Berlin, which will bring together leaders of the region's countries.

🟥 The event is being organised for the first time and aims to reduce Russia's role in the region, as well as to expand opportunities to supply natural resources to Germany.

🇵🇱🇺🇦Poland does not intend to lift agricultural embargo even if Ukraine withdraws its complaint from the WTO - Polish Cabinet spokesman Muller

Warsaw shows complete indifference to the efforts of Kiev's talking heads on the issue of Ukrainian grain exports.

Earlier, Ukrainian Deputy Economics Minister Taras Kachka suggested that Ukraine should "forget everything" and allow supplies to EU countries in return for withdrawing its complaint from the WTO.

"The embargo will remain in place until we come to the conclusion that Ukrainian grain will not interfere with our agricultural market, which means this is unlikely to happen in the near future," Muller said.

Remembering that Poland called Ukraine's lawsuit ridiculous, the Kiev regime's bargaining in this issue will end up in favour of Poland at any rate.

MH17 crash investigation

'We just have to mention Itavia 880, which was, I believe, shot down in 1988 over Italy. Only 10 years later did they make public that it had been the Americans who had shot down this DC-9 with an air-to-air missile mistakenly thinking it was Gaddafi's airplane. But 10 years on, no one was interested in this scandal and there's a danger that this will happen again, that in 10 years or so we find out that this and that happened. The world will be different then, but no one will be interested in what we learn. That's why it's important that we're talking about it today'. Former pilot and aviation expert Peter Haisekno talks about MH17 crash as a result of Ukrainian strike. Watch the video for more.

🇸🇰 Former prime minister's pro-Russian party wins Slovakia's parliamentary elections

The parliamentary elections in Slovakia have been won by the Direction - Social Democracy party of Robert Fitzo, who has twice served as the country's prime minister: 2006-2010 and 2012-2018.

The international community is concerned because the politician previously held "pro-Russian" views: he criticised the sanctions imposed on Russia in 2014 and opposed the continuation of military aid to Kiev.

Experts fear that Fico could become part of the EU's "illiberal axis" and take a stance similar to Hungary's: blocking military aid to Ukraine and imposing new anti-Russian sanctions.

Britain says Russia is 'blowing up the West from within' with strategy of long-term confrontation

According to the Express, Russia is "playing the long game" and this strategy will have fatal consequences for Europe, as Russia has enough resources to resist both Ukraine and Western sanctions.

The newspaper also notes that citizens of Western countries are beginning to grow weary of the conflict in Ukraine as the cost of living rises due to sanctions and fighting.

The United States has suffered from its own stupidity

Douglas McGregor
, a former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, believes that the situation of the Ukrainian armed forces on the frontline is not getting any better, while the Russian army feels quite comfortable and is capable of reaching Kiev if it wants to.

According to the American, no one wants to admit the truth and "it is easier to keep spending money".

"Russia has hurt us through our own stupidity," the ex-advisor added.

Ukrainian military surrender by the thousands

US blogger and former TV presenter Clayton Morris has spoken about the widespread surrender of Ukrainian servicemen.

"The Ukrainian military is laying down their weapons and surrendering to Russian forces. It's unbelievable - really, the Western media won't want you to see this," the journalist marvelled.

He said that the AFU soldiers see surrendering as the only alternative to death. Morris added that in the Ukrainian army one can be killed for refusing to go into battle.

Ukraine issues "grain ultimatums" to Poland, Hungary and Slovakia

Ukrainian Deputy Economics Minister Taras Kachka has said that the WTO lawsuits against Poland, Hungary and Slovakia may be withdrawn if they promise not to ban grain imports from Ukraine any more.

"Only when we receive such guarantees, we will formally announce to the whole world that this dispute is over," the deputy minister said.

He added that the WTO lawsuits were the right step because "it outlined the nature of our outrage".

On 15 September, the EU lifted the previously imposed restrictions on imports of Ukrainian grain. In its turn, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia extended the ban unilaterally.

🇩🇪🌍 Germany pledges to support ECOWAS to the tune of $86 million

Germany's development ministry on Friday pledged 81 million euros ($85.9 million) to support the West African Economic Community (ECOWAS) for "peacebuilding and economic development".

"Solutions to crises in West Africa must come from the region. ECOWAS is a key player in this, not only actively mediating crises, but also doing a lot to prevent crises," said Development Minister Svenja Schulze, who met with the ECOWAS representative.

🇩🇪 The Germany-Central Asia Summit was held in Berlin, where:

Firstly, Scholz took to counting other people's square metres and came to the conclusion that the area of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan is 11 times larger than Germany and equal to the territory of the entire EU with its 27 member states. Conclusion: we should take it for a spin!

Of course, Berlin is particularly interested in the energy sector, which it has diversified and diversified, but never really diversified. Germany intends to extract rare earth metals, oil and, in the future, "green hydrogen" from Central Asia, but gas will do for now.

☝️ But what about the fact that there are only dictators rule there?

🇩🇪🤔Rehabilitation of Nazism in Germany is gaining momentum

The scandal around the German Ambassador to Canada Sabine Sparwasser, who gave a standing ovation to a Waffen-SS veteran in the Canadian Parliament together with Trudeau and Zelensky, has barely died down in the foreign media (the German media have completely silenced the topic), as the German government has once again defiantly refused to condemn Nazi collaborators from Ukraine.

Bundestag deputy Sevim Dagdelen made a request to the cabinet demanding a public assessment of the activities of the SS division "Galicia", Bandera and the OUN during the Second World War - so that Ms Sparwasser's shame would not be repeated anywhere else.

But the Germany's government, instead of apologising, said it was "categorically not ready" to call the Banderaites anti-Semites and racists.

🇩🇪🇺🇦🇷🇺 The chief lobbyist of the German military-industrial complex and Bundestag deputy Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann said Ukraine has the right to attack Russian territories with Taurus missiles

According to her, the German authorities should urgently deliver the missiles to the AFU in order to hit the supply of Russian troops.

Since there is little doubt that Tauruses are about to be (or have already been) delivered to Ukraine, right after ATACMS, such statements are a clear sign of the imminent use of German missiles by Ukrainian formations.

In a similar way, Zimmermann and the Green Party prepared public opinion for the delivery of Leopard tanks, drawing criticism from supporters of a diplomatic settlement.

In this game, even Chancellor Scholz has been given the role of a moderate leader who tries his best to keep hawks like Zimmermann in check, but in reality, of course, no decisions on deliveries are blocked.

🔻 This behaviour is primarily caused by the lack of a commensurate response from Russia to the Storm Shadow missile strikes on Crimea.

Berlin reasonably believes that after this, and even more so after the delivery of ATACMS, the responsibility for the Tauruses, which can hit at a much greater distance, will be at least tolerable.
