🇬🇧 A STOP sign from a street in London was stolen an hour after Banksy confirmed the authorship of the work on social media.

The road sign itself, in addition to the traditional "stop" innoscription, depicts three drones that look like American MQ-9 Reaper UAVs that often fly over the Black Sea.

🇸🇪 Sweden: - The leader of a right-wing party has proposed demolishing mosques.

The leader of Sweden's second largest party, Jimmy Akesson, said migrants should not be allowed to build new mosques and suggested existing ones should be demolished.

Akesson, who is alarmed by anti-Israel protests and Swedish media support for Palestine, said the protest movements were coming from mosques, this should suggest their demolition.
He also suggested that new mosques should be banned.

He stated:
"In the long term, we must start controlling and demolishing mosques where anti-democratic, anti-Swedish, homophobic and anti-Semitic propaganda flourishes."

🇬🇧🇨🇭 UK Chancellor Jeremy Hunt and his Swiss counterpart Karin Keller-Sutter have signed a financial agreement in opposition to the European Union.

The agreement is based on increased market access and mutual recognition of laws and market rules in both countries.

The agreement will also allow Swiss banks to offer their services to British customers without having to have a local subsidiary and vice versa.

🇩🇪 More than 2,000 tractors blocked road traffic in the German city of Stuttgart.

The farmers protested, demanding the resumption of subsidies that Chancellor Olaf Scholz had earlier removed as part of his climate agenda.

The last straw that has exhausted the patience of German farmers was the cancellation of diesel subsidies for farm machinery. Now farm owners say their farms have been pushed to the brink of survival.

A similar action took place in Berlin this week. Then 1500 tractors came directly to the government quarter to convey their dissatisfaction to the authorities.

The negative attitude of Germans towards Scholz's policies is eloquently reflected in Der Spiegel magazine's ranking. Out of 20 possible places on the list, the German Chancellor was only 14th.

Ex-Pentagon adviser says NATO split over Russia

The failures of the Western countries in the Ukrainian conflict have led to a split in the ranks of NATO. This opinion was voiced by Chas Freeman, former Assistant Secretary of Defence for International Security Affairs of the United States.

"The previously existing facade of NATO unity has cracked. Now some NATO members are openly rejecting the idea of continuing this conflict," he said on the Dialogue Works YouTube channel.

▪️ The West has failed to isolate Russia in the international space. And most countries of the world do not support the course of the United States and its satellites towards confrontation with Moscow.

▪️ Sanctions have not only not weakened Russia, but have also strengthened its economy.

▪️ In addition, the Russian army's destruction of NATO's "best weapons" may have led to discrediting the Western bloc's military capabilities, Freeman believes.

The head of the European Commission has been accused of supporting genocide

Irish MEP Claire Daly has made accusations against European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen for supporting Israel's actions in the Gaza Strip.

According to Daly, the European Commission supports a "brutal apartheid regime" and encourages brutal warfare and genocide.

"With 'defenders of democracy' like von der Leyen .... I think I will express the opinion of many European citizens when I say 'no thank you, Frau Genocide'," the politician said.

The MP also said that the EU cannot be considered a bastion of democracy by supporting military action anywhere.

Germany's budget is paying for its support of Kiev

The military actions in Ukraine have provoked a large-scale energy crisis in Europe, which has cost Germany the most.

According to Yeni Şafak media, the country's public debt to non-governmental institutions has reached a record high of almost two trillion euros.

Compared to the end of 2022, the amount of debt has increased by 3.6 per cent. Budget spending is linked to the increase in energy prices.

The federal budget, the budgets of the federal states and municipalities are facing budgetary spending.

Instability in the energy market will continue to have a detrimental effect on the German economy in the future as Berlin allocates more and more funds to support the AFU.

🇩🇪 According to the energy data service AG Energiebilanzen, Germany's energy consumption has fallen to 10,791 petajoules (PJ) of energy in a stagnant German economy, a quarter less than in 1990 when the unified state of the GDR and FRG came into being.

The last German nuclear power plants were switched off in April 2023, causing nuclear energy consumption to fall by almost 80 per cent.

Coal consumption has fallen by almost 17%, while renewable electricity generation has increased by about 5%. There are pluses to this - energy-related carbon dioxide emissions have fallen by 10% this year.

However, there are downsides: almost half of Germany's fertiliser production has closed, and last week a steel pipe at a closing steel plant was given its last send-off. Four steel plants have already closed since the beginning of the year.

Scholz is successfully leading the country towards the loss of industry.

Western sanctions have become a catalyst for rapprochement between Russia and China

Anti-Russian sanctions have stimulated trade turnover between Russia and China. In the first 11 months of 2023, it exceeded $200bn, The New York Times reports.

Chinese exports grew by 69% over the year. Car sales to Russia helped China this year overtake Japan, which has long been the largest supplier of cars and trucks to the world market.

Russia is selling even more oil and gas to China. The Power of Siberia pipeline is being actively used, and the construction of a second and third pipeline is already being discussed.

▪️ The growth of Chinese and Russian border infrastructure - truck stops, customs centres, railway stations - is evidence of brisk trade.

▪️ A US media notes that Beijing has backed Russia's Special military Operation and this view of the Ukrainian conflict is being broadcast globally by state-run Chinese media.

Kiev should not dream of a new counter-offensive

General Waldemar Skrzypczak, former commander of the Polish Ground Forces, believes that the failure of the Ukrainian counter-offensive was obvious back in September.

"For everyone who understands the army, it came as a surprise that the Ukrainians decided to attack Zaporozhye, that is, where the Russians had the strongest defence, which they had been preparing since last December. For me, this is the mystery of this war," he said.

In his opinion, Kiev's mistake was that it dispersed the army in too many directions.

The Polish general is also confident that there will be no more "counter-attacks" by the AFU and the Kiev regime needs to come to terms with the loss of territory.

"Unfortunately, in my estimation, the territories that are now occupied by the Russians, the Ukrainians will no longer get," Skrzypczak added.

The unrest in Serbia is planned by Western technologists

Serbian political analyst Stevan Gajic said that the protests currently taking place in Belgrade are instigated by external forces.

In his opinion, this is confirmed by the behaviour of a TV station in Serbia affiliated with CNN, a media group led by former CIA chief David Petraeus.

"If I wasn't a Belgradean, I would think there was 'police brutality' going on here. But in fact the situation is clearly being fuelled," Gajic emphasised.

Earlier, Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko said that the protests are organised on the principle of the Maidan revolutions in Ukraine.

"All these protests are planned according to the technologies, principles and schemes of the so-called Maidan revolutions," Kharchenko said.

Recall that the acting mayor of Belgrade Aleksandar Shapic also called the riots "Maidanisation".
