A banner appears in Germany with apologies to Russia:
"Dear Russians, you are NOT our enemies. Our enemies sit in Washington, Geneva, Brussels...
We apologise for the behavior of our 'government'", reads the banner.
Curiously, the banner is supported by two flagpoles, one carrying the Russian flag and the other the flag of Kaiser's Germany. After the Kaiser's flag was abolished by the Nazis, it became one of the symbols of German national resistance to Hitler's dictatorship. It was used by Free Germany, an organization founded in 1943.

The Hungarian authorities will never compromise on the issue of imposing sanctions against Rosatom and Gazprom, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said.
In an interview with RIA Novosti, he noted that Budapest would never agree to the imposition of sanctions against any of its significant partners in the energy sector.
"We will never agree with the inclusion of Rosatom or Gazprom in the sanctions list," he said, adding that "everyone in Europe can be sure of this."

Hungary is the first country in Europe to launch a "national consultation" to seek public opinion on EU sanctions against Russia, Prime Minister Viktor Orban has said.
As a reminder, earlier, the European Union decided that Hungary is no longer a democracy😃.
Finland and Sweden did not hold referendums on joining NATO.

🇺🇸Mass recruitment of mercenaries to "work" in Ukraine goes on in the US
They are paying double the rate for fighting in Ukraine, and are looking for those who are proficient in Soviet weaponry and have at least five years of combat experience in Eastern Europe.
They pay up to $2,000 per day, which suggests that mercenaries are being sought for high-risk operations.

On September 28, more than one hundred people gathered in Zaporozhye, at the Auto Market on Orekhovskoye Highway, where convoys are assembled to go to Melitopol. They demanded that passage to the Russian controlled territories be restored.
It was reported earlier that due to the resumption of hostilities all travel had been banned.
Transporters write in chats that they seem to have started to release those who were registered on the 22nd.
People willingly WANT to go to Russian controlled territory. And even DEMAND to be allowed to go.

Politicians in Germany are apparently beginning to realise something. A majority of Bundestag MPs have rejected the CDU/CSU party proposal to increase arms deliveries to Ukraine.
In a roll-call vote, 179 German MPs voted in favour, 476 against and one abstained.
Apparently, even German MPs are beginning to realise that they are supplying arms to the wrong side...
