*I run with a weighted vest when I can because its easy to run slick, its hard to run with weight (which is what combat fitness is)*

Schedule
I lift one day then I run the next, then lift the next day and so on.

This is not a crazy workout routine but it will help you be in shape without overtaxing yourself if you work a lot or need the mental energy after a long day to do other tasks on top of a lift. I commend those that go above and beyond this but I think this is a good sustainable pace for those of you who have a life outside the gym and are a natty lifter.

Best of luck to the nationalists in Brazil fighting to preserve their home. If Lula is given the ability to run Brazil, it will become a communist hellhole.

It pains me to see some military and law enforcement agents side with the system. The majority know it is wrong, but they prefer a paycheck over morals. The ones on film standing down are doing the right thing.

The fact that Lula was even “elected” despite being a communist who was previously locked up on corruption charges is beyond me. Watching the American blue checkmarks meltdown over this is incredible.
