قال الإمام البخاريّ لتلميذه و قد خشي عليه الملل:
When Al-Bukhāri got worried his student was about to get bored in class, he told him,

"طب نفسا،
“Be delighted;

فإن أهلّ الملاهي في ملاهيهم،
for the people of amusement are busy with their fun and games,

و التجار في تجارتهم،
businessmen are busy with their businesses,

و أنت مع النبي ﷺ و أصحابه!"
and as for you, you’re with the Prophet ﷺ and His Companions!”

May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala have mercy on the brothers and sisters who spend Ramadan alone, despite having a family.

You can hear how the birds compete in Dhikr SubhanAllah, not a second since Fajr have they remained silent. How grateful animals are to their Lord, yet how ungrateful we humans are.

Difference between Maghfirah (مغفرة ) and Afwu (عفو )?

Maghfriah: is for Allah to forgive you for the sin but the sin will still be registered on your book of deeds.

Afwu: is for Allah to forgive you for the sin and delete it from your book of deeds as if it did not happen.
That is why our beloved Prophet peace be upon him advised us to read this dua:
اللهم انك عفو تحب العفو فاعف عنا
(Allahuma Innaka Affuwun , Tuhibbul afua , Fa’afu Anna)

أن العفو أن يسقط عنه العقاب ، والمغفرة أن يستر عليه جرمه صونا له من عذاب التخجيل والفضيحة

“Al-‘Afwu is the punishment being waived off and al-maghfirah is his crime being concealed as a form of protection for him from the torment of being embarrassed and exposed…”

Yesterday a brother told a story about two groups of men from different places of the world, meeting in Makkah, greeting each other and telling where they come from.

The first group of men asks the other group: "Do you know where we are from? We are from the country from where Khabib is from."

The other men laughed and replied: "And do you know where we are from? We are from where Imam al Bukhari is from."

The case of the Palestinian brother is still open. Around 800 was collected Alhamdulillah, another 2600 is still needed.

As for the eid clothes for the camps I have so far received between 3-400 dollars only. If we round up yo 1000 we can clothe all the children of the many families new eid clothes.
