also today is 100 days since my last self-harm relapse
ive had urges recently, but i promised myself that instead of that I'll be doing things that make me feel good. kinda grieved the day that wouldve been my 2 year mark, but had to accept that im here right now and all i can do is take care of myself

treat this as a reminder that healing is possible and whatever youve got going on will be replaced with good memories 🥰
