Cody abandonned GIW progressively by being less active without notifying the admins.
Cody kept rambling about out-of-context bullshit whenever he felt like it (each of his posts was correlated with a decreased in new subs).
Cody told me he was high-placed in public affairs. That he had "contingency plans" in case Macron seized power. That he was partially behind the fall of the last German government. That he had friends in high places in canadian politics.
His rumored high placed job allowed him to change geopolitics despite only having this job for a year after being unemployed.
Cody let Kaspar, a rogue admin, forward his channel and derail the channel's goal simply because he was too happy to have someone do ALL the work for him (5 admins left because of Kaspar before Cody corrected the shot).
We have warned / asked Cody to resolve the following issues :
-Decide if GIW was his personnal channel or a news channel (so that he stops rambling about his "not-so-sure she's real" GF, sports, absolutely out-of-touch and insane takes)
-Regulations on posting in french or english (somehow he loved speaking in french for no reason at times ? Most of the time it was either weird takes or non-interesting stuff)
-A Telegram bot to filter out bots (yes, GIW admins have been manually banning bots in chat all this time)
-A clear set of rules on the chat (after him not being able to make a decision, we simply thought it was okay to keep things civil to a minimum but now people are just spamming the N word etc.)

Cody also keeps 3-4 useless admins as nothing more than pets I believe ? They never EVER post.
We also have been forced to NOT post anything negative related to Azerbaidjan because one of the said admins (Nika) is an azeri and "doesn't like when we say bad things about her country". I got DM'd by Cody twice about this before I finally stopped reporting anything bad about Azerbaidjan.

Let us not forget this is the 3rd iteration (at least) of GIW because the first channel and account were designated spam because Cody was a literal sellout for scam offers.

I worked hard, along other admins like Tabz, to make GIW a decent news channel since I joined post-Trump victory (and I was an informant for a year prior to that), but Cody has amde every single worst decision in all the choices he's been given.

And now I can't even shitpost despite being the 1st or 2nd most prolific admin before Cody got bored of us.
