Sochi hosts UN conference to guarantee “indivisible biosecurity” in fight against “infectious threats”

On June 22-23, 2023, Sochi (that’s in Russia for my fellow Americans) hosted the fourth international conference “Global Biosecurity Challenges: Problems and Solutions”, one of several global initiatives organized around the UN’s Biological Weapons Convention (BWC).

The summit was headed by Russia’s Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being (Rospotrebnadzor), with support from Russia’s Foreign Ministry.

Here is one possible explanation for why it can be that a person definitely realises something is badly wrong, yet joins no dots (suspects, reasonably enough) that other things might also be wrong.
I’ve no idea why this happens.
I suppose if you have expertise in more than one area & they’re all lies, you’ll be prompted to look further?

The digital ruble: It’s finally here!

The wait is over! The Bank of Russia’s centralized, programmable digital token officially received the State Duma’s blessing on Tuesday.

Safe and convenient concepts such as “digital ruble platform”, “digital ruble platform participant”, as well as “digital ruble platform user” and “digital account (wallet)”, now have concrete definitions provided by pages and pages of legal mumbo-jumbo.

The approved legislation designates the Bank of Russia as the sole operator of the digital ruble platform. The Central Bank will be responsible for all aspects of “Russia’s” CBDC, including functionality, safety, and “the correct accounting” of transactions.
