Here's what I have for August's Multi-Challenge. Do as many or as few as you would like and we'll compare notes along the way and at the end. Your feedback is essential is this being a success, though ultimately it's to improve ourselves for God's Glory and build us up as Southern men for our people's betterment. Heritage
-Read/Audiobook a Southern book (if you want to read one together, I'll be doing Bust Hell Wide Open)
-Visit a Confederate monument or graveyard
-Join a Southern Organization

Physical
-Take the Army Ground Forces Fitness Test (https://www.artofmanliness.com/health-fitness/fitness/are-you-as-fit-as-a-world-war-ii-gi/)
-Go for a 1-hour ruck with at least 10% bodyweight (we all know 45lbs is the standard, though...)
-Calculate your body fat percentage/BMI (nerdy but helpful: https://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/body-fat-percentage/)

Mental
-Perform a 24-hour tech sabbath
-Write a poem, short story, or instruction
-Write down one thing for which you're grateful each day

Spiritual
-Memorize a noscripture passage
-Pray every day (I find the Prayermate app to be a huge help and great resource for this)
-Talk to someone about Christ that you haven't before

This is why we do what we do.

There is no purer purpose in this life beyond creating and nurturing the new life of your race to follow God, conquer evil and our enemies, and be more brave and honorable than we ever dreamed.

That is your reason, your drive, your goal, embrace and pursue it with every fiber of your being. 🤍
