So far 28 states have filed against their governors.
We expect 35 by this weekend.
We now have a super majority and can take it to the Supreme Court.
I recommend reading through your state constitution also. They like and have been changing laws for decades to set this up. Most are for mandating face diapers and vaccines. It is unlawful to mandate when under an EUA.
The EUA put in effect for the pharma companies runs out in 2023.
