Dear Optimus Community!

In the past few weeks we have come to the conclusion that it would be best to transition OPEX token from NTP1 to ERC20 and do a proper fund raise and Uniswap (+ other exchanges) listing.

However, we will not be the ones doing this transition. We are in discussions to sell the exchange, with the condition that such a transition will be made and that no OPEX token holder will get hurt in the process.

The reason for this is, we are looking for the best solution for our exchange and community. Our seed investors came to the conclusion that this will be the best path moving forward, to secure the future of the project.

Anyone who is willing and able to buy and operate the exchange and follow the path outlined above please contact @cryptotucci with a concrete offer before Thursday, October 22nd.

For the offer to be considered, it must include a detailed plan for the token swap + listing, and a basic roadmap.
