1. User Fund Protection: Raiinmaker’s team demanded full custody of all raised funds before token release - a direct violation of our user safety protocols.
2. Conversion Risks: They stated that wallet addresses would only be whitelisted to convert $COIIN to $RAIIN after receiving the funds, putting participants at unnecessary risk.
3. KYC Portal Failure: Their onboarding system was malfunctioning, meaning users would not be able to complete the required KYC process to claim or convert tokens.
4. Unilateral Terms: Raiinmaker’s team repeatedly changed key conditions and insisted on one-sided arrangements that conflicted with Ordify’s launch standards.
