Jerome Eden is qualified to tell this story. Though he is not trained as a scientist, he has immediate and fully contactful grasp of Reich's work and has had much personal experience with orgone energy and its derivatives. He has fought valiantly to protect our natural heritage against nuclear pollution, yet well understands how we must also defend our freedom against the formidable threat of Red Fascism. Life-negating, mechanistically science, the product of rigid emotions, has forced us into a paradoxical situation where we must defend ourselves against one life-inimical force by use of another. Our only hope is in the realization of the life- positive power of orgone energy. The knowledge is there in Reich's work, if man wishes to assume responsibility for it.
