Honestly just put yourself in a environment that you don't have any other option
Like interact with people from other nationalities where the only communication way you have is with english for example join multi national groups or servers and have interactions and make friends

You can also talk to yourself i know it sounds clinically insane but try to change you inner voice to think in English from time to time this doesn't directly help you improve your speaking and writing but the first step to write or say a sentence is first to think that sentence

I mean this may sound insane but socializing w ppl is so hard for me even through the internet im like so afraid n ashamed of making mistakes unless im anonymous just like now lol

I get you i also wasn't comfortable just chatting with a bunch of strangers that's why i mostly just talked to myself before i met an amazing friend group so you can also try that for now but also you don't have to be perfect most native speakers also suck ass at the language just look at farsi and how dumb alot of these mfs are and by these few messages i can say that atleast in terms of comprehension and writing you're pretty good
Now in terms of speaking i say if you really don't feel comfortable talking to other (which i get you i also still don't fully do) i say talk to yourself out loud cause if you've already have a good comprehension and your ears are familiar with the language you can notice when the words you say don't sound right either in vocab use or in pronunciation

It's also ok to make mistakes god knows i make alot of mistakes too i probably did in this paragraph
