💎 Dai is the world's first decentralized stablecoin, issued by leading DeFi protocol MakerDAO - which houses over $1.2B of locked assets. Over 600 apps and services have integrated Dai, including wallets, DeFi platforms, games and more. Dai has been the backbone of the DeFi industry since its inception, with over 430m DAI currently circulating.
⚡️ In order to improve the usability of Dai and increase adoption, Dai is being integrated with Matic. This will enable users to transfer Dai at lightning-fast speeds with negligible fees, whilst encouraging further innovation among developers who wish to integrate Dai into their solutions.
