2. Private sale ongoing and public sale Whitelist in early July. (That does not mean crowdsale in July, it can be in July or August as well).
3. The roadmap is quite long (Module test and wallet launch in Q3 2018, MXP 1st module release in Q4 2018, MXP 2nd module release in 2019, the 3rd module in 2020).
4. Rumors of Binance as an investor. Hard cap 24M USD.
5. private sale Time-lock: 1/4 vesting after 3 months from listing on an exchange, 1/4 vesting every quarter thereafter. (1 year to get 100% of tokens)

My opinion :
A) This lockup is not for me and I'll be skipping the private sale cause I am not a big investor.
B) Will definitely participate in crowdsale as it has no lockup.
C) The reason I am hesitant for long lockups is that every ico hype has an expiry date.
D) You have experienced that with Phantasma and Apex, their hype was short lived.
E) ICO space has become so overcrowded that people have too many options to choose from.
F) There can be hundreds, yes hundreds of better ICOs than MXC in a span of a year and many are not gonna remember MXC by then.
G) That's why nowadays, more and more people tend to flip ICOs than holding cause there is just way many ICOs but long lockups in private/pre-sales are diminishing the flipping attitude.
H) Personally, I do not participate in ICOs having long lockups(Generally > 6 Months) unless and until it has an insane hype.

BTC :

1. Bitcoin was way oversold so at the dip, buyers moved in and pushed the price up so that sellers can make a little more on their sells. This is how bear markets work.
2. In bear markets you sell the rallies and mostly avoid buying the dips unless you know exactly what you are doing.
3. If we break 6500, 6800 should be possible. This is just a relief rally after short accumulation but capitulation is still intact.
4. But the best part is, we will soon enter despair phase and that the point of maximum financial Opportunity, so just hold on little more and be patient
