Coindesk is a ******😡. They are good at manipulation of the market.
There are multiple ETF's which are pending at SEC for approval and all have different deadlines for approval.
CoinDesk didn't specifically mention which ETF decision got postponed.
CBoE ETF's are still on track for the decision by August-September but Direxion Investments is the postponed one.

This is how media is steering the market with one simple news(FUD for us) and there are hundreds of crypto media outlets where you pay to publish garbage.

Changes :

1. Team/advisors will be scored out of 5 respectively.
They won't be rated on STAR basis or if they have worked prior in a Famous company or not.
We really don't need any STARS for a company to be successful.
Google, Facebook, Apple founders weren't stars in the beginning but they became one later.
Start-ups are called "START-UP" for a reason.
Scoring will be based on the following factors :
A. Team's blockchain experience
B. Team's coding knowledge from GitHub commits
C. CODE quality in GitHub.
D. Team's Business experience
E. ADVISORS technical & business experience
If Github is private, scoring will be based on the prior experience of a team member.

It's always risky to gamble in bear market. With current market conditions, you need be really smart with putting your money anywhere cause you are already loosing portfolio value daily and with added ICOs failures, that's just depressing.
