This final testing round includes numerous improvements and fixes:

✅The UTXO join issue has been resolved
✅A Bundler fix to solve an existing issue with Etherspot
✅Multiple fixes with the KYT/KYC functionality for new user signups. Accounts can now be KYC'd again!
✅The Panther DAO Zone is now being displayed on the Panther dApp
✅The AMM recharge voucher grant has been fixed

In addition to these fixes, the Panther DAO Guards and Data Safe have been tested to decentralize Panther's core infrastructure further. We want to thank all testers for their feedback and patience! Happy testing while we continue to prep for the Mainnet launch 🖤

PIP-29 is now LIVE for voting!

This proposal includes the acceptance of Zpoken’s grant request to deploy Panther on Base and the authorisation for the DAO Council to negotiate and receive operational grants from the Panther Protocol Foundation, in accordance with the Foundation’s Grant Policy.

Furthermore, a DAO treasury multisig wallet is proposed to manage withdrawal fees and to confirm Panther’s co-founder, Anish Mohammed, appointment to the emergency stop committee.

Panther’s latest DAO proposal, PIP-29, has passed!

The DAO has accepted Zpoken’s grant request to deploy Panther Protocol on Base, and authorized the DAO Council to negotiate and receive grants from the Panther Protocol Foundation.

The DAO has also appointed Panther’s co-founder, Anish Mohammed, to the emergency stop committee and designated a DAO treasury multisig for managing withdrawal fees.

The objectives of the proposal are to:

1⃣ Extend Panther protocol functionality to the Base ecosystem
2⃣ Preserve full parity with the Polygon deployment (parameters, limits, compliance)
3⃣ Enable privacy-preserving deposits and withdrawals for a curated set of assets
4⃣ Maintain DAO-level control and emergency response capabilities

PIP-30 is now LIVE for voting!

This proposal seeks approval to deploy and activate Panther’s Mainnet on the Base network, using the same cryptographic, economic, and compliance parameters currently live on Polygon’s testnet. The deployment expands Panther’s privacy-preserving infrastructure to Base while maintaining protocol consistency, risk controls, and governance oversight.

The Base deployment introduces a new privacy zone with strict daily limits, PureFi compliance enforcement, and Reality.eth–based governance control, ensuring the same security and regulatory posture as existing deployments.
