The Ministry of Education has needed your satisfaction and experiences at cafe, Dormitory and students clinic service in university.
They have prepared the below questionnaire (link) to collect data from you, this is intended to make reform and alternative ways in future next year.
For those who fill the questionnaire, other forms will be sent to them via email and they will be certified for supporting policy reform of the ministry by MOSHE.
