Finally Telegram source code has been updated!! (v3.13.1)

As there are too many changes since last update (v3.10.1 four months ago) it will take time so don't expect an stable release until next week 😉

- All games are loaded as ordinary web pages, so this update won’t add a single byte to the size of our apps.
- Added many small improvements to the sticker panel.
