في كل مؤتمر او حدث علمي نسمع عن اهمية دور الصيدلي في نظام الرعاية الصحي الحديث، وبات هذا المفهوم مدعم بالادلة والبراهين العلمية، وايقن كل من الفريق الطبي و افراد المجتمع في الغرب ان دور الصيدلي حيوي ومعزز للصحة ويساهم في ترشيد استخدام الدواء و تقليص المشاكل المصاحبة لاستخدام الدواء والسيطرة على تكاليف العلاج بالدواء، وقد بات مفهوم الرعاية الصيدلانية وادارة الدواء هما المفهومان السائدان عالميا في عالم الخدمات الصيدلانية المتميزة.
ولكن السؤال الذي يطرح نفسه هل الصيادلة هنا جاهزون لهذا الدور؟ و لهذا التحدي؟
وهل جميع افراد الفريق الطبي وافراد المجتمع سيتقبل هذا الدور بسهولة ؟

الجواب نعم وذلك عندما يكون يؤمن الصيدلي بان التعلم هو رحلة مدى الحياة وليس محطة، وان يواظب على التعليم والتطوير واكتساب المهارات و المحافظة على الكفاءة بمستوى عالمي، وان يكون الصيادلة واثقون من معلوماتهم ومهاراتهم وقدراتهم على تنفيذ الدور والمهام الحيوية المناطة بهم اليوم. وان يتدرب الصيدلي على تحمل المسؤولية ويستعد للمسائلة ضمن الادوار الجديدة وتجاه مهنة الصيدلة وتجاه المجتمع. عندها يستطيع الصيادلة اكتساب ثقة المجتمع واقناع الاخرين بشكل عملي وعلمي.

As designated by the FIP Council several years ago at the FIP Congress in Istanbul, 25 September marks the annual World Pharmacists Day. FIP encourages the world's pharmacists to use this day to organise activities that promote and advocate for the role of the pharmacist in improving health in every corner of the world.

World Pharmacists Day 2017
“From research to health care: Your pharmacist is at your service” is the theme of this year’s World Pharmacists Day.
“This theme was chosen to reflect the numerous contributions the pharmacy profession makes to health. From research and development of medicines, to educating future pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists, and providing direct care, we do all this in the service of our patients and communities,” said FIP President Dr Carmen Peña.
“We want to emphasise that pharmacists are the backbone of health care in many different settings. But providing care does not begin in community or hospital pharmacies. Taking care of patients starts with recognising the health issues of populations and developing medicines, policies and education to tackle them. We pharmacists are often there at the very beginning of the process — when the first molecule that effectively treats a disease is identified,” Dr Peña added.
World Pharmacists Day is used by FIP’s members and others around the globe to highlight the value of the pharmacy profession and impact on improving health to authorities, other professions and the media, as well as to the general public. FIP has produced resources for this year’s campaign in the six official United Nations languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish. These include an animation and other materials for print and social media.
FIP is inviting pharmacists to support World Pharmacists Day by creating profile pictures for their social media accounts using the official FIP Twibbon or a specially designed “Your pharmacist is at your service” placard.

▶️Use of drugs in disease states :
The use of drugs to treat or ameliorate disease goes
back to the dawn of history. Since drugs are xenobiotics, that is compounds that are foreign to the body, they have the potential to cause harm rather than healing, especially when they are used inappropriately or in the wrong dose for the individual patient being treated. What, then,
is the right dose? The medieval physician/alchemist Paracelsus stated: ‘‘Only the dose makes a
thing not a poison.’’ This implies: ‘‘The dose of a drug is enough but not too much.’’ It is the objective of this text to present some tools to
allow the determination of the proper dose – a dose that will be therapeutic but not toxic in an individual patient, possessing a particular set of
physiological characteristics.
At the same time that the disciplines of medicine and pharmacy strive to use existing drugs in the most effective manner, scientific researchers

are engaged in the process of discovering new drugs that are safe and effective and which are significant additions to our armamentarium for the treatment or prevention of disease. This process is increasingly time-consuming, expensive, and often frustrating.
Here are two statistics about new drug approval:
· the average time for a new drug to be approved is between 7 to 9 years
· the cost of introducing a new drug is approximately $700 million to $1 billion.
Steps involved in the drug development process
include:
1. The pharmacologically active molecule or drug entity must be synthesized, isolated or extracted from various possible sources (relying on the disciplines of medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, and toxicology).
2. The formulation of a dosage form (i.e. tablet, capsules, suspension, etc.) of this drug must be accomplished in a manner that will deliver a
recommended dose to the ‘‘site of action’’ or a target tissue (employing the principles of physical pharmacy and pharmaceutics).

3. A dosage regimen (dose and dosing interval) must be established to provide an effective concentration of a drug in the body, as determined
by physiological and therapeutic needs (utilizing pharmacokinetics and biopharmaceutics).

أقامت اليوم الجمعية الصيدلانية اليمنية الفعالية الأولى باليمن للعام 2017 اليوم 25 سبتمبر كونه يومًا عالميًّا للصيادلة وفي الفعالية التي تمت بالتنسيق مع كلية الصيدلة جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا .
علما بأن يوم 25 سبتمبر يومًا عالميًّا للصيادلة، يُحتفل به سنويًّا ابتداءً من عام 2009‏م، حيث جميع الجمعيات الوطنية للصيادلة بالعالم التي على علاقة مع منظمة الصحة العالمية تحتفل باليوم ‏العالمي للصيادلة بطريقة تهدف لتوعية الجمهور بدورهم وتشجيع الأنشطة التي تعزز وتدافع عن دور الصيدلي في تحسين الرعاية الصحية،و الاتحاد الدولي الدوائي (FIP) اعتمد يوم 25 سبتمبر يومًا عالميًّا .
من أهداف اليوم العالمي للصيادلة :
-التواصل والتعاون مع بعض الجهات العامة والخاصة لتقديم خدمات استشارية ومعلومات ضرورية واستشارات سريعة للمختصين في مجالات الرعاية بوجه خاص والمواطنين بوجه عام.
-تعزيز جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمريض، من خلال الترشيد و الاستخدام الآمن والفعال للمستحضرات العلاجية.
-تفعيل الدور التكاملي للصيدلي كعضو فاعل في الفريق الطبي.
-تشجيع الصيادلة على عمل الأبحاث التي تساهم في الرعاية الصحية.
حيث حضر الفعالية اليوم أكاديمين و صيادلة خريجين وطلاب كليات الصيدلة الحكومية و الأهلية ومن كافة التخصصات الطبية المختلفة وقد ناقش الحاضرين في الفعالية عدة محاور في :
دور الصيادلة في الرعاية الصحية .
تعزيز دور الصيدلي في الرعاية الصحية.
الصيدلة الصناعية.
الصيدلة السريرية.
صيدلة المجتمع.
صيدلة المستشفيات.
التسويق الدوائي.
علم الأدوية.
الكيمياء الصيدلية .
علم العقاقير و الأعشاب الطبية.
المهارات المختلفة في الصيدلة .
الممارسة الصيدلية الجيدة.
مجالات عمل الصيدلي .
المعايير المطلوبة لتأهيل مخرجات كليات الصيدلة.
وفي ختام الفعالية تم التأكيد على استمرار الفعاليات من أجل تأهيل الصيدلي بما يعزز دور الصيدلي في الرعاية الصحية بالتعاون مع كافة الكوادر الطبية وكذلك اعتبار يوم 2 يونيو من كل عام هو يوم الصيدلي اليمني و التثقيف الصيدلاني وترتيب الفعاليات على مدار العام لهدف تحسين الرعاية الصحية .

رام الله-وطن للأنباء: يحتفل الصيادلة حول العالم اليوم 25 سبتمبر بيوم الصيادلة العالمي، وذلك من خلال القيام بالعديد من الأنشطة التوعوية والتعريفية بمهنتهم.
وكان مجلس الاتحاد الدولي الدوائي (FIP)، أقر الاحتفال بـالـ 25 سبتمبر من كل عام في اجتماعه المنعقد في إسطنبول في 2009، لتسليط الضوء على هذه المهنة، ليس لأنها إنسانية فقطـ، إنما للتركيز على دور الصيادلة بالتغيير الإيجابي في قطاع الصحة والمجتمع.
وفي فلسطين أحيى الصيادلة يومهم بالعديد من النشاطات، وتفاعلوا بتغيير صور حساباتهم على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وبمناسبة الاحتفال بهذا اليوم أصدرت وزارة الصحة بياناً، أكدت فيه أن عدد الصيادلة في الضفة الغربية تزايد خلال الخمس سنوات الأخيرة، حيث بلغ عدد الحاصلين منهم على مزاولة مهنة حتى أواخر العام الماضي 4269، صيدلانياً بمعدل 1.44 صيدلاني لكل 1000 نسمة، فيما بلغ عدد مساعدي الصيادلة 1118.
وأضافت الوزارة أن" عدد الصيدليات العامة التي تم تجديد ترخيصها حتى نهاية عام 2016 بلغ (1023) صيدلية في الضفة الغربية، بمعدل صيدلية لكل 2905 نسمة".

جورج عطاالله: نسعى لتوحيد تسجيل الدواء بالدول العربية:

افتتح الاتحاد العربى لمنتجى الادوية والمستلزمات الطبية مؤتمره اليوم الذى يقام تحت عنوان “ملتقى الصناعات الصيدلانية العربية” بفندق هيلتون رمسيس أيام 27و28سبتمبر الحالى، وذلك بحضور ممثلين عن تسع دول عربية.
يناقش المؤتمر المشاكل العلمية والمهنية لصناعة الدواء والتحديات التى تواجه المنتجين العرب، ويشمل المؤتمرات محاضرات علمية وورش عمل عن المشكلات التى تواجه صناعة الدواء العربية.
وقال الدكتور جورج عطالله عضو مجلس نقابة الصيادلة وعضو المكتب التنفيذى لاتحاد الصيادلة العرب، أن الاتحاد يعمل خلال المرحلة المقبلة على توحيد تسجيل الدواء فى الدول العربية، مشددا على أنه يوجد لدينا سوق قوى يستطيع بالتعاون الذى نسعى إليه إلى انشاء مصانع دواء مشتركة بحيث يقام مصنع فى دولة مصر لانتاج دواء ومصنع بالأردن لانتاج صنف دوائى آخر وهكذا لحدوث تكامل من أجل مصلحة المريض العربى وتوفير العملة الصعبة التى تنفق لاستيراد المواد الخام.
وأضاف أنه لابد من العمل على انشاء السوق العربية المشتركة، مشيرا إلى أنه يوجد رجال لصناعة الدواء فى العالم العربى قادرين على انشاء مصانع للمواد الخام، مشددا على اهمية دعم البحث العلمى فى الدول العربية وتوحيده حتى نستطيع أن ندخل المنافسة الدولية فى سوق الدواء وننتج دواء اختراع عربى.
واكد الدكتور عدنان الكيلانى امين عام الاتحاد العربى لمنتجى الادوية والمستلزمات الطبية على ان الاتحاد يضع دائما امامه مشكلة الدواء لتتمكن من النهوض بهذه الصناعة الهامة باعتبار أن الدواء يمثل ركيزة أساسية للتنمية.
وشدد على اهمية الامن الدوائى والسوق العربية المشتركة ، لافتا إلى أن سوق الدواء العربى يعانى من مشاكل كثيرة تحتاج لتكاتف كافة الجهود لحلها وابرزها التركيز على استيراد المادة الخام من دول مثل الهند والصين كما انه لايوجد مراكز بمواصفات تجعلنا نتعامل مع المواد الخام لمعرفة اذا ماكنت صالحة للاستخدام ام لا.
وأشار إلى أن الاتحاد سيعمل خلال هذا المؤتمر على وضع توصيات يمكن تطبيقها عمليا. يقام على هامش المؤتمر معرض لمستحضرات التجميل تشارك فيه شركات من مصر وروسيا والاردن.

HISTORY OF WORLD PHARMACY DAY
World Pharmacists Day was founded by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) in the year 2010. At the council meeting of FIP Congress in Istanbul, Turkey in 2009, Turkish Pharmacist Association suggested this day. September 25 was chosen as it was the date in which FIP was founded in 1912. The Council unanimously accepted the proposal, and from 2010, the World Pharmacists Day is coordinated by FIP and is observed. The Member Organisations with both structured, widespread campaigns or small scale projects provides major contributions for the celebration of this day. The Pharmacists Day bring in the attention to the pharmacists to educate and encourage all its members to get connected to make the event a success. Each year, a new theme is developed that showcase the pharmacist and their positive impact on health. World Pharmacists Day 2017 theme is “From research to health care: Your pharmacist is at your service.” The theme reflects the various contributions the pharmacist makes to health care. The day highlights the importance of the pharmacy profession and their impact on improving health to all sort of people.
