Character of the day: Ozma of Oz

She's introduced in the second book of the Oz series, she's born as a girl, but is transformed into a boy named Tip by the evil witch Mombi and forgets she was ever a girl. Only after a journey of discovery and acceptance she is turned back into a girl and becomes the rightful ruler of the land of Oz, where she abolishes money and makes sure everyone doesn't work too hard and has a place to live.
