Wondering if I can use my wand on my belly to help the menstrual pain go away

I always suffer through my period cramps like they are the worst pain in the whole world, and they are very bad indeed, but then the shit ton of meds kicks in and the period depression spikes so here comes the funniest part which is me being suddenly super conscious after a day of pain but completely overwhelmed by all of the intrusive thoughts my hormones gently send my way

I didn't wanna say cause my summer kept going wrong, but I'm finally on vacation for a couple of days!
Let's hope being in Spain will prevent me from being in pain
