Alfredo Cospito has been on an hunger strike for more than 160 days now, and still he's been denied the house arrest cause his condition is "his choice"
This is how he has been living in since 2022 (not anymore cause now he is in the hospital due to poor health), the same lind of cell that hosts mafia bosses.
This is not life, this is torture.
