Regarding the specific unity/tencent games permission-missing/crashing/not opening issue occuring after qpr1 release is something coming directly from either AOSP side or the games incompatibility with new qpr1 storage handling mech.
We couldn't do anything here.. However a solution the people found to cater this is:
Go to:
  /sdcard/Android/data/
  /sdcard/Android/obb/
  Create folders with the app’s exact package name inside both directories.
Then via a scoped storage supported file manager, example MT Manager:
• Long-press the created folder - Properties - Permissions.
• Set permissions to 777 for both the new created folders in data and obb
