Driving through Chicago’s Austin neighborhood, one of Chicago’s worst, most violent hoods, and I noticed something amusing… When you look around you see the typical trappings of a negro ghetto— cheap handmade facades for liquor stores, dollar stores, cheap fast food, barber shops… And of course, the typical crowd— unemployed gangsters loitering on corners or in front of shops, semi-schizo drug addicts wandering around, dudes smoking or drinking at 10:30 am…

Fresh, sterile, modern looking buildings like the ones that pop up in wealthier suburbs… government funded “artwork” about community or black pride or Kwanzaa or whatever the fuck. The government has POURED millions into these ghettos to no effect. Just so they can get one half block presentable enough for a good photograph to print in the papers and that’s it. It’s absolutely wild. No matter how much they throw at them, the hood niggers can’t be civilized
