…According to the police report, the manager asked Ivery to ‘calm down and leave the store,’ but she started screaming at him. As Ivery continues to walk toward the manager, he is seen backing up toward his office.
The manager said he attempted to close his office door, according to the police report, but Ivery entered. The surveillance footage shows the manager punching her once in the face, with Ivery falling to the ground. He then calls 911.”

Explanation for why Africans are more closely related to "chimps":
1. Eurasians have Neanderthal and Denisovan ancestry, which Africans lack.
2. Africans have 2-19% ancestry from an unknown, archaic, pre-Neanderthal hominin, which Eurasians lack (study).
We can logically assume that this unknown hominin was more chimp-related due to its earlier time of divergence and likely similar West African habitat.
"Chimp" is proxy for this archaic ancestry.
On all PCAs I've seen featuring Neanderthals, Denisovans, chimps, and modern humans, N & D are mysteriously less related to chimps than modern humans are. Theoretically, they should be more related.
In my opinion, this is probably due to genetic drift caused by massive inbreeding, genetic isolation, etc.
