okay, i found solution, but it won't fix the slow mediastore, it actually checks whether the file exists or not, if its hidden (it equals as non-existing) or deleted it disappears.

the solution is simple tbh

ok my own fault

i was using

var videos = queryVideos();

if (!videos.isEmpty()) {
    ...
    repository.updateVideos(filteredVideos);
    ...
} 

which was causing UI bug with the last not disappearing

it should be fixed now
