DIATOMEAS EARTH
a food supplement in the form of a white powder and formed by small fossilized algae in freshwater beds.
It comes from algae (diatoms) that grew in aquatic spaces millions and millions of years ago and that fossilized while maintaining their silicon exoskeleton and a high concentration of calcium.

DOSE:
ADULTS: 3g/Day
CHILDREN OVER 12 years old: 1.5g/day
FOR BABIES, depending on their condition, please consult your doctor.
It is recommended to take it for 6 months, rest 1 and start again. You can mix with meals, smoothies, juices or water.
