You will not see anyone who is really striving after his advancement who is not given to spiritual reading. And as to him who neglects it, the fact will soon be observed by his progress.

“For prayer is nothing else than being on terms of friendship with God.”
— St. Teresa of Ávila

Ask yourself, do you have a friendship with God? If you’re reading this, you’ll probably say yes.

However, consider that friendship lies in loving another for the sake of the other. Do you love God for the sake of loving him? Or do you only love him when struck by emotion? If we only pray when we feel like it, if we only pray when we need something or “feel” God in our hearts— we do not have a friendship with God. Instead, we have in a way objectified God in this modern age. We use him for our own joy, our own fulfillment.

I myself would argue, that I don’t have a friendship with God. I pray only when I want, and that’s not friendship. God wants us always— we need to learn to want him always.

On this feast day of St. Teresa of Ávila, we pray for the grace to pray for the sake of God. To truly enter in to friendship with God.

The Tory M.P. savagely murdered by a so-called asylum seeker, who had been given British citizenship after travelling through half the countries of the world to finally reach Britain's inglorious Welfare State, was a Catholic and a supporter of pro-life groups like SPUC.

Please pray for the repose of his soul and also for the family he left behind. He was a father of five children.

But the stark truth must be told. He was a victim of the evil globalist immigration policies of the political party he belonged to. A victim of the same evil globalist immigration policies pursued equally by all the other Establishment parties and governments since the 1950's.

Every murder, every rape, every robbery, committed by an unassimilable immigrant is the fault of the corrupt political class. Every person who joins or votes for those political parties who have facilitated and allowed the mass immigration of unassimilable peoples to these shores must also take their share of the blame. Every act has consequences.
A reflection: Our Lady of Fatima told us bishops were going to hell like snowflakes back in 1917. What makes you think you can be going anywhere better following the bishops right now, out of a false obedience?

I confessed that my friends invited me to watch a bad #movie together and we did. And then I told my friend.

She said: "no you don't need to do that!"

I said "no, I do, because from what Father was saying he clearly agreed it was a #sin!"

Then you know how much modern people degenerate even with the concepts of sin. I'm not saying I'm any better than any of my modern world fellows, because if so I wouldn't be confessing this kind of sins. I grew up with all the bad stuffs and they corrupted my soul so that I already developed a habit of watching those and thought there was no problem. But by God's grace I eventually was revealed that it's wrong and I shouldn't feed more trash to my own soul.

Father also seriously warned me about modern films and how spending too much time in #entertainment is HARMFUL for our souls.

So I shared this that everyone here know. When speaking of bad movies we are talking about the ones with the slightest make-out scenes, inappropriate jokes and #immodesty. Then you know how we actually don't have many choices but return to a more traditional way of living.
The Fifteen Promises of Mary to Christians Who Recite the #Rosary

1. Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the rosary, shall receive signal graces.

2. I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the rosary.

3. The rosary shall be a powerful armour against hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.

4. It will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.

5. The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the rosary, shall not perish.

6. Whoever shall recite the rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its sacred mysteries shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just he shall remain in the grace of God, and become worthy of eternal life

7. Whoever shall have a true devotion for the rosary shall not die without the sacraments of the Church.

8. Those who are faithful to recite the rosary shall have during their life and at their death the light of God and the plentitude of His graces; at the moment of death they shall participate in the merits of the saints in paradise.

9. I shall deliver from purgatory those who have been devoted to the rosary.

10. The faithful children of the rosary shall merit a high degree of glory in heaven.

11. You shall obtain all you ask of me by the recitation of the rosary.

12. All those who propagate the holy rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities.

13. I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the rosary shall have for intercessors the entire celestal court during their life and at the hour of death.

14. All who recite the rosary are my sons, and brothers of my only son Jesus Christ.

15. Devotion of my rosary is a great sign of predestination.

(Given to St. Dominic and Blessed Alan)
Of Jesus in the Holy #Eucharist it is written: “This morning my soul is greater than the world since it possesses You, You whom heaven and earth do not contain.”

St. Margaret of Cortona
#saint #quote
To #prayer must be added frequent and fervent use of the Sacrament of #Penance which, as a spiritual medicine, purifies and heals us; likewise it is necessary to receive the #Eucharist, which as Our predecessor of happy memory Leo XIII asserted, is the best remedy against #lust. The more pure and chaste is a soul, the more it hungers for this bread, from which it derives strength to resist all temptations to sins of #impurity, and by which it is more intimately united with the Divine Spouse; “He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood, abides in me and I in him.”

- Pope Pius XII
