I miss who I was. I miss the things I used to do. I miss the friends that I used to call friends. I miss not thinking about things that were so important. I miss the carefree. I miss the feeling of being in a state of ignorant bliss, head buried in the sand. I have become so isolated from the life I once knew.

This is not a pity party I assure you. I CHOSE THIS PATH. This is just to say that for all the ups and downs, the good times and bad times, the heartache; heartbreaks...I SEE YOU!!! I am with you.

We may have days where we struggle, but we don’t quit and for every hand that reaches out for encouragement, there are tenfold to lift you back up.

We’ve learned that the only way out is THROUGH and the only way we succeed is TOGETHER.

This torch of Truth is heavy at times. But while we experience these moments of letting go of a life that was, and the harsh realizations of the life that is, I know what I am fighting for will be worth it.
