1. Don’t judge anyone for their choice or where they are in life. It’s their journey and they need to find their way through their life lessons.
2. Be kind to everyone. You don’t know what they are going through. Their inner struggles.
3. Show love and compassion to everyone
4. Love yourself first and foremost. Have compassion for yourself and be kind to yourself
5. If you do t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
6. It’s better to be silent and listen more more and talk less.
7. Become an observer of life, people and situations.
8. Get over yourself. Don’t think your are all that.
9. Have fun and be a child at heart.
10. Everything is lie, unlearn everything you thought you know.
11. Flow like water and be in the flow.
12. Letting go of the ego is one of life’s greatest struggles, but there is freedom in it when you do.
