Yes...it was 2 hours long I listened to the whole thing.
He began by saying Juneteenth is a woke holiday, which I agree with. We don't need holidays for specific "marginalized" groups, racial, sexual orientation groups.
He said that there's been evidence he has seen that his "military insider" has accurate info. He says that the news from the military insider is that 17 cities (sounds like Shadow of Ezra's old list of 17 cities) have military in them. He says Augusta GA has been held ransom (by cyber hackers) for 3 weeks now. He mentions Oakland CA also has been held ransom similarly, and this news isn't getting out. He did a search "cyber ransom on cities". Sydney ditto. Dallas was also hit.
The military insider guy also said we are about to start the "Ten Days of Darkness."
He said the first marker was a Trump truth on June 12th about "the seal is broken." That marker meant "game on."
He says "you're probably not going to see full on blackout for 10 days, you'll probably see a rolling blackout."
He says we are AT the scare event already.
Dean says that when Trump said "we need to find out why our children are chronically ill", this was pointing to vax injuries. Trump said "Pharma has to be dealt with and handled."
He said the military action is in cities, not rural America or suburbia. He says that government has contracts with WalMart etc and cargo pods are being located in WalMart parking lots etc and are filled with military equipt.
He laid out this scene: when the government is shut down, the people immediately effected most seriously effected are the poor, and chaos will erupt quickly if they don't get their welfare checks and such. So the military need to be there to prevent riots and chaos.
So, from his denoscription of this, it sounded like the things leading to government shut down could either be Black hat or White Hat in origin. Black Hats would love to cause chaos and riots all over by depriving desperate people of what they need to survive. But, White Hats want to shut down the Cabal government. Either way, it's the WHite Hat military that will be responding and protecting the cities.

Also....from what Dean said, the purpose of the military in cities may not be what many Anons thought (including me). I thought it was mostly about doing the mass arrests, the final part of the Cabal criminal takedown where they go after all those who are in the 400k sealed indictments, eg local government and minions. However I didn't understand why, if that is what they were going to do, they would need military presence. Because that could all be done almost totally invisibly with special ops teams dressed in civilian gear and using civilian vehicles. Phil had described previously how these highly trained specialists can go in, in teams of 2 to 4, and take out any Cabal criminal, regardless if they have hired bodyguards.
So actually what Dean said, makes more sense. Because if the fiat dollar will crash and/or the government will be shut down, and the welfare checks not go out, then there WOULD be more of a need for military presence with military equipment, in order to prevent riots and chaos in the big cities.
Yes I think the positive side to all this is that things are going more and more public. Both with the revealing of truth, the exposure of Cabal crimes, as well as the military presence, possible blackouts, govt shutdown, fiat currency fail, and all the rest of it. As things go more public and more overt, the normies will have to question their view that the status quo is normal and there's nothing fishy happening anywhere.
