“Biden” better known as the Continuity of Government literally just wrote an Executive Order, 14102, on July 13, 2023, extending the original Order found in the War Powers Resolution Act… you know the one where the President declares War via a National Emergency and usage of Armed Forces and Partner Forces… just under the 2 year mark, July 19, 2021, to July 13, 2023, because a National Emergency cannot be extended more than 2 consecutive 12 month periods, authorizing two years in a row the Secretary of Defense THE AUTHORITY and FUNCTIONS vested in THE President of Section 1550 (a) to (e) which is the LAST amendment to the War Powers Act which was the original Order by DJT on December 20, 2019…

But last night these “mysterious, still in power “blackhats” and “Biden” stopped CIC Trump from using the EAS….?

So, “Biden” is with CIC Trump?

How did “Biden” get to CIC Trump’s briefcase so easily?

The EAS is in the Nuclear Football… that little bag known as the satchel, the button, the football, which is a briefcase that’s always around CIC Trump and ALL those Special Forces and Secret Service.

Did you know the Secretary of Defense cannot veto an Order by the CIC? He must verify the Order but cannot veto it.

There are four things in the Football.

Then, using Milstar, the aide, a military officer, would contact the National Military Command Center and NORAD to determine the scope of the pre-emptive nuclear strike and prepare a second strike, following which Milstar/Advanced Extremely High Frequency or Boeing E-4Bs and TACAMOs would transmit the currently valid nuclear launch code to all operational nuclear delivery systems. A two-person verification procedure would precede the entering of the codes into a Permissive Action Link.
