We certainly know how complex life is on Earth. We know how complex your material minds are, and how your minds complicate things. We know that the environment on Earth can be very harsh, extreme and oppressive, and we want you to know that while we maintain a positive view and assessment of life on Earth, we can still see and feel it all.
We suggest that you take note and make a habit of not continuing those mental gymnastics when your mind overcomplicates things and goes down a long and stormy road. You will benefit from letting go as soon as possible. Pay attention to what you are doing and change it as soon as possible. Release and ground yourself through your breath, focus on yourself, and bring yourself back to the present moment, to the space in your mind that is where you are supposed to be.
Your mind space is where the fifth dimensional consciousness has been activated and is ready for you, so you must pay attention to the game your mind is playing with you, because it will keep itself relevant. Your mind will try to maintain this relevance as you transform into a higher mind, higher level of consciousness, and that's what it's doing all the time. You see, the mind is very good at focusing on what has happened and how to avoid such disasters in the future. Your brain creates problems, so it needs to have problems to solve. Of course, your brain is also very focused on the future, unless you train it to focus on the present.
Focusing on the present will bring you to the higher mind, the space that will bring you all your ideas, all your insights, and all your inspirations. When you are grounded, centered, and feeling balanced, everything can happen in the moment. When you focus too much on one thing, the past or the future, you lose your balance. Let go. Take a deep breath. Relax into the present moment and everything will be taken care of, not only because you have helpers who can do things for you, but also because your vibration has shifted into a frequency range that is very close to the fifth dimension in the present moment, or is already in that frequency range. When you do this, you are at your strongest, most creative, and most receptive to help from above.
