觀察這兩天的人事異動，桃警6/10人事異動後，6/22發生警政署長提前一年退休，以及警界爆集體貪汙檢約談79人。

去年8/9金管會出現罕見的人事異動，今年發生很多調查銀行、保險等動作。6/20證交所高層異動，6/21大同高層異動，自經營權易手的一年多來高層動盪不斷，6/21富邦召開蕫事會驚傳人事異動。
