It makes me really happy when my hyperfixations stay with me without turning sour. When I thinks about things one, three, four years later and just thinking about them makes me smile a little.

When I finish something and I say “I want this to change me forever” I mean this.

You know it’s a hyperfixation when you’ve kinda been normal abt it in your head and then someone asks you to talk/do something about it and it’s like they’ve hammered down a dam. It’s a mix of joy and desperation and thank god I don’t do drugs
