But the things is, why being big and fat should mean I have to make myself small?

In the way I dress, in the way I exercise, why should I choose not the things i like most, the things that make me feel strong and powerful, but only those that would make me look thinner and smaller?

Does this apply to the way i move, too? The way i talk, i laugh, i think?
