Milan is an ugly, expensive and unlivable place.
And every time I go back, my heart fills with nostalgia.
Milan was a young love story with a shitty partner that ended bc I had to move away, but I did before I could fall out of love. And now I look at it and say: oof, how many red flags.
Yet my heart feels not the cold anger of a bad breakup, only the longing for what could have been.
