In short, it's an American Internet forum targetting people who are minorities, women, LGBT+, neurodivergent, subjecting them to organized group trolling, stalking, doxxing, real-life harassment with the active intent to bring them to kill themselves or get them accidentally killed by the police sending swatting teams to their houses with false claims. One of the reason we struggled so much in the past to find info online on surgeries and other trans people thriving, was directly their fault.

Dottor Improda del policlinico Federico II di Napoli ci ha dato conferma sulla possibilità di eseguire salpingectomia volontaria (rimozione delle sole tube, sterilizzazione definitiva) tramite l'ospedale, mediante impegnativa dal medico di base. Esami ed intervento a carico del SSN. Lista d'attesa almeno un anno, poichè c'è precedenza alle salpingectomie eseguite per via di patologie.

Questa tipologia di intervento non richiede autorizzazioni in tribunale per la persona con marker F, né relazioni psicologiche (almeno a Napoli). Si consiglia tuttavia alle persone medicalizzate di portare le proprie documentazioni. Qualsiasi ospedale dovrebbe essere in grado di farlo, essendo un intervento abbastanza semplice e veloce che al giorno d'oggi si attua praticando solo due buchi. Richiede tuttavia anestesia totale.

Nei prossimi mesi sarà realizzata una pagina informativa sulla salpingectomia e mi documenterò meglio su cosa accade nel caso la persona interessata abbia già cambiato i propri marker sui documenti in M e abbia ricevuto autorizzazione dal tribunale ad interventi affermativi.
