What's the best workflow for removing motion blur?
I remember a long time ago there was something from Adobe (?) that could restore blurred photos, not upscaling, but actually fixing motion blur caused by slow shutter. Never saw it in action though, I think it was just a teaser for an upcoming feature. I'm wondering what's the current best approach for such a task? Are there specialized open source models?
